While pastoring full-time and raising our children, I also ran a family landscape maintenance business with my wife and children during their teenage years. Over the course of nine seasons, we served more than fifty satisfied clients with reliable, detailed care. That hands-on experience, combined with thirty years of ministry leadership, has shaped my commitment to excellence, service, and genuine care for people.

My name is Russell. I live in Burnaby with my wife, Lisa. We have four married children and eight wonderful grandchildren. For over three decades, I served as a pastor — helping people navigate life, faith, and hardship with truth and grace.

In 2025, I transitioned into this new season of business. It’s been a joy to combine my love for beautiful spaces with thoughtful, people-centered excellence. Along the way, I’ve been inspired by great business leaders — some Christian, some not — who’ve modeled what it means to lead with integrity, serve with grit, and build something that lasts.
